Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from pickup. Express same-day delivery is available on selected services for a small additional charge.

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and cash on delivery.

The minimum order is ₹299. Pickup and delivery are free on every order above ₹499; below that a flat ₹49 logistics fee applies.

Delicates are separated at sorting and processed by hand or on a dedicated gentle cycle. Silk, wool and embellished pieces are always dry cleaned unless the care label says otherwise.

Every order is barcoded and tracked through our facility. In the rare event of loss or damage, we compensate up to ten times the cleaning charge of that item, capped at its documented value.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to two hours before your slot, from the app or by calling our support line.

We do. Shoe cleaning, curtain care and carpet care are all available — see the individual service pages for what each one covers.

Our detergents are biodegradable and pH-balanced, and our facilities recycle process water. We avoid perchloroethylene in favour of gentler solvents.
