What Happens to Your Clothes

Every order is tagged on arrival and sorted by colour, fabric and wash type, so nothing gets mixed up or mistreated.

Visible stains are pre-treated by hand before washing, using solutions matched to the fabric and the stain type.

Machine-washed at fabric-safe temperatures with pH-balanced detergents, or dry cleaned where the care label calls for it.

Steam pressed and finished by hand, then folded or hung depending on the garment and how you like it delivered.

A final inspection catches anything missed. If a stain has not lifted, we re-treat it rather than send it back to you.
