We collect the details you give us when you book a pickup — your name, phone number, email address and collection address — along with order history and payment status. If you use the FABXO app we also collect device and usage data to keep the service working reliably.

How we use it

Your information is used to schedule pickups, process and deliver orders, take payment, provide support, and send you order updates. With your consent we may also send occasional offers, which you can opt out of at any time.

Sharing

We share your details only with the delivery partners and payment processors needed to complete your order, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data retention and security

Order records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a further period where tax and accounting rules require it. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their job.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to privacy@fabxo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
